We had just come off a ride and quickly walked to the next, glad to find out that there was no line, seeing as it was early in the morning. She walked towards the back, I followed right behind her. She stood there behind the small closed gate, leaning against a hand rail. She looked amazing to me.

I found out that I was staring at her far too long so I quickly looked away, scanning the people who were also waiting for the next ride to come back. We started up a fun conversation until the ride came back, waiting for everyone on it to get off.

We sat next to each other in our own little car, laughing about the dumb joke I just made. The car had only one seatbelt for the two of us so I grab my side of the belt and waited for her to hook her side with mine. I watched as she tried, with shaky hands, to get the belt to buckle but kept failing.

"Oh, gosh." She whispered, and I laughed.

"You can do it!" I said, completely amused and absolutely adoring the moment. Without actually thinking about it, I grabbed her side of the belt, trying to get them together but also failing. I laugh again and gave it back to her, waiting once again.

This time she finally got the belt to click and we pulled down the lever, securing us from moving. I looked away and smiled to myself, thinking about how cute this day was going to be.
